Basic facts
Bohemia Apple was founded in 2008. It has six members and the largest one is company named Sady Tuchoraz, s.r.o.. This company concentrates on growing apples nearly 20 years and manages more than 340 hectares of its own apple orchards. Fruits from our production meet the requirements and analysis, mostly environmentally friendly cultivation methods, enhanced protection of environment and human health. Bohemia Apple juice
Bohemia Apple cooperative has introduced the new product in October 2011 named Bohemia Apple juice. It´s 100% pure apple juice made of fresh compressed apples which come only from Czech Republic.
Baby Food
Bohemia Apple is one of the largest private producers of apples for making baby food in the Central Europe.
Cooler boxes for the storage
Bohemia Apple uses ULO (ultra low oxygen) boxes and cooler boxes for the storage, with a total capacity 5600 tons. For the processing of own apples production the company uses sorting and packing technologies supplied by Greefa, Sorma, Sado etc.
Recepies
Cold apple soup with raisins, apple rings with cinnamon, fresh apple salad, “žemlovka” with apples and cream cheese – few traditional and also unconvertional recipes for you.
Certification
Bohemia Apple cooperative is launching new management and quality system regarding the product´s quality improvement. The most important include HACCP and Klasa certification.
Apple orchards
Apple orchards are constantly upgraded and renewed. In 2009–2010, there was the construction of two new orchards with a total area of 80 hectares. These orchards are fully irrigated and protected by anti hails nets. Annual production is between six to eight thousand tons of apples. The main varieties include Golden Delicious, Gala, Red Delicious, Gloster, Jonagold and Idared.
